What to bring
Make time for a coffee or refreshment at the Woodland Kiosk, located beside the Visitor Centre. It’s a great spot to pause and take in the peaceful surroundings before or after exploring the site.
As much of the Lough Gur experience takes place outdoors, we recommend comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the Irish weather. Bring a waterproof jacket on wet days, and don't forget your camera to capture the lake, stone circle and surrounding landscape. Before travelling, check our opening times, admission information and What's On for the latest visitor information and upcoming events.

The Woodland Coffee Kiosk
At the heart of the Lough Gur lakeshore experience you’ll find our welcoming Woodland Coffee kiosk, where visitors can relax with a freshly brewed barista‑style coffee after exploring this beautiful heritage park and Visitor Centre. We’re proud to serve coffee made with ethically sourced beans from Watermark Coffee’s Woodland range, a sustainably focused choice that reflects our commitment to caring for the environment and the communities behind every cup.
